TK316 Stainless Steel used in fashion jewelry, is an alloy with a minimum of 10% chromium content by mass. Repair & Exchange

1. Repair and/or exchanges are free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.
2. No exchanges or repairs will be provided due to merchandise damaged by negligence.
3. Merchandise with any manufacturing defects for an exchange is only available for the exact item ordered.
4. For non-defective merchandise, items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size for additional 20% re-stocking fee.
5. Not all merchandise may not be available for immediate exchange, so please allow approximately 5 weeks for production for out of stock items.

Terms & Conditons

1. Returns may ONLY be accepted within 10 calendar days from the dates of receipt.
2. Any returned packages without a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by the Merchant will not be accepted.
3. For your protection, all returns MUST be shipped with a tracking number and insurance. (i.e. UPS, FedEx, or other carriers)
4. Items MUST be returned unused, with labels or tags, and in their original packaging. No exceptions.
5. Returned items will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
6. Return is free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.
7. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
8. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Procedure

1. Please open a Ticket on MemPlaza, add photos and explain the reason why you request to return the product(s).
2. You will be issued an RMA# to be included in your return to ensure proper return procedure.
3. Ensure that items to be returned are packed in their original condition and delivered to us with a service with a tracking number. We are not responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged during shipping.
4. Refund will be issued once we received returned items. No refund will be issued in advanced without receiving the returned items.
5. You will be credited back by MemPlaza with the original amount NOT including any shipping and/or re-stocking charges.
6. MemPlaza will provide you with the address where to ship the products accepted for return.
