Return Policy
All products have a 15 days return policy unless otherwise marked.
To return a product you must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number open a ticket on memPlaza.com. Our returns department will be informed that you have a return and they will respond within 1-3 business days with an RMA number and return information.
A Few Things to Know
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, media, cables, chargers etc.
- Returns may take up to 15 days depending on warehouse. Most warehouses process returns in 1-2 weeks.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
Types of Returns and What to Expect
Unwanted - You will be refunded the item cost only. (Shipping costs are non refundable)
Returned to Sender - You will be refunded the item cost only. (Shipping costs are non refundable)
Lost in Transit- We will initiate a claim with the carrier, if the item is found/delivered to customer the claim will be closed, If there was insurance on the order and the carrier approves the claim then you will receive a full refund (including shipping costs).
Defective - You will have the option of a full refund (including shipping costs) or a replacement depending on your request.
Damaged - Damages must be reported within 5 calendar days of package delivery and we will initiate a damage claim with the carrier. You will need to provide proof of the damage (usually a photo(s) will be requested) If the claim is approved by the carrier, you will receive a full refund (including shipping costs).
Missing Part(s) - In most cases we will get the warehouse to send the missing part(s), if this is not an option it will be treated as a not as described return.
Not as Described - If a product arrives not as described, we will review it on a case by case basis and may ask for additional information, if the item is found to actually be "Not as Described" we will issue a prepaid return label, and you will receive a full refund (including shipping costs).
